Q: How is this funded long term?
A:ONEsource revenue streams will be 3-fold:
1. Most initial income will be generated from residential rent. We believe that governmental and private insurance will inevitably absorb some, if not all of this weekly obligation; however, as our plan will put men and women to work in OJT jobs within 60 days of their arrival, our residents will also have the capacity to pay their way as well, which is good for them, as well as ONESource.
2. ONEsource Staffing Agency- The demand for highly skilled, tradecraft employees is outpacing supply by an ever-widening margin. The revenue stream created by referral fees to ONESource Staffing, upon full hire of our students, will augment the project’s primary income of rental income significantly.
3. Donations from Churches, Foundations, and Individuals, all of whom are personally involved with resident discipleship, mentoring, tutoring, child development, and campus worship.
